Správa spisů advokátní kanceláře s napojením na veřejné databáze

Práce se zabývá elektronickým vedením spisů advokátních kanceláří v České republice. Analyzuje současný stav a softwarové prostředky, které jsou českým advokátům k dispozici. Analyzuje přístup Ministerstva spravedlnosti České republiky k zásahu informatiky do justičního prostředí. Na základě analýzy je navrhnuta a implementována nová aplikace pro správu spisů advokátní kanceláře. Aplikace je rozšířena o funkcionalitu spojenou s napojením na veřejné databáze pod správou Ministerstva spravedlnosti České republiky.

Design and Implementation of a Part of an Attorney Information System

This diploma thesis covers the design and implementation of changes and extension modules of a chosen information system, used in JUDr. Ján Bartánus's attorney office in Ružomberok. The system, implemented as a web application based on the Symfony framework, is dedicated to the simplyfing, monitoring and organization of the work processes in a generic attorney office located in the Slovak Republic. For the purposes of a correct design, the thesis contains an analysis of the current state of the given attorney office, the environment in which it operates, its information system and existing solutions. Tools that were used to conduct the analysis were the SLEPT method, Porter's five forces, model 7S and SWOT matrix. Based on the results of the analyses, a change of the system has been designed, which entails an upgrade of the system, its user interface, integration of the register of companies of Slovak Republic and an extension module intended for the financial valuation of work performed by an attorney. The application has been developed utilizing the PHP and JavaScript programming language. The valuation module integrates the Google Maps API. The stability and speed of the system were tested by functional tests and profiling of the duration of HTTP requests. The main contribution of this thesis is the design and implementation of an extension of the information system, which can be used in any arbitrary attorney office situated in the Slovak Republic, and its practical application in the chosen company. This thesis builds on a previous thesis dedicated to the design and implementation of the information system, which is being extended in this diploma thesis.

This thesis covers the process of reporting black dumps and organizing it`s collection. Platform creates an evidence about these collections and saves it in a database. At the same time thesis analysis and compares existing software solutions with similar purpose. The aim of the platform is to spread an awareness among people and nature lovers. The thesis also tries to show how modern technologies can help to protect environment

Táto práca sa zaoberá výpočetnými nástrojmi, určenými na zvýšenie efektivity, zníženie náročnosti a monitorovanie pracovných procesov uskutočňovaných v advokátskych kanceláriách na území Slovenskej republiky. Zároveň analyzuje súčasne dostupné software-ové prostriedky s podobným účelom. Taktiež preveruje bezpečnostné požiadavky, určené zákonmi Slovenskej republiky, zaisťujúce ochranu osobných údajov zákazníkov a pracovníkov advokátskych kancelárií. Výsledky analýzy napomohli k návrhu a implementácii výslednej webovej aplikácie slúžiacej ako informačný systém pre advokátske kancelárie. Aplikácia je zároveň rozšírená o vyhľadávanie záznamov v obchodnom registri Slovenskej republiky a monitorovanie ich zmien.

Tvorba datového modelu vybrané agendy ekonomického informačního systému podniku

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a návrhem informačního systému, který umožní skladovou evidenci. Čtenář je seznámen s rozdělením informačních systémů na jednotlivé komponenty jako je CRM, ERP, SCM a MIS. V práci jsem se hlavně soustředil na podrobnou analýzu skladové evidence a z této analýzy vytvořit konceptuální a logický model. Za závěr jsem vytvořil jednoduchou aplikaci, která umožňuje evidenci zákazníků, dodavatelů, příjmů a výdejů ze skladu.
